Q&A - The Sun Property Plus 29th April 2005
Q. |
I AM just wondering what happened to me this year. I met with a car accident, in which someone knocked into the back of my vehicle. The next day, my tyre hit a nail. I understand that during the month of Qing Ming, such an unlucky event does happen. My date of birth is May 5, 1972 and time of birth 5am. Is there any preventative method or do I need anything to enhance my luck?
A. |
Yes, traditionally, the month of Qing Ming, together with the seventh month, are supposed to be unlucky months. However, your unfortunate events might be due to a mundane cause, human error and the law of averages. After spending a certain number of hours on the road in Malaysia, I feel that almost everyone, through no fault of their own, will encounter an accident. If we want to analyse your unfortunate events from the feng shui viewpoint, we would then have to look at your house as well. The birth date is insufficient. From your house, we can see what the feng shui potential is and how it has been activated taking the timing into account.

Q. |
What must I do to bring good health or luck to my home if it faces northwest [NW]?
A. |
Whether NW is a suitable direction for you and/or your mother will be based on the individual’s Gua number. In the chart on auspicious directions for each Gua, NW is suitable for those with the Gua numbers two, six, seven and eight.

Q. |
My bedside lamp is located more or less directly behind my side of the bed. Is it okay or should I remove it? My dressing mirror is beside
the bed where I can see myself lying down.
A. |
There is no problem with the bedside lamp. If you can see yourself in the mirror when you are lying down, it is definitely not good. I would suggest
that you place it in a position where you cannot see your refl ection when you are lying down or sitting down on your bed.
