I hope that you have finally found your dream home! To reiterate, your husband is Zhen Gua (Gua number 3), you are Li Gua (Gua number 9), your son is Dui Gua (Gua number 7) and your daughter is Kun Gua (Gua number 2). Based on this, the most suitable would be a house that faces South. Assuming that you can get a house that faces South (it is not indicated in your diagram or in your e-mail) and is constructed according to your diagram, then the house plan would seem to be suitable. The only problem would be the bathroom in the North, as it is considered to be suppressing one of your auspicious locations.
As always, I wish to caution readers that looking at a plan alone is insufficient for proper analysis. We have not taken into account the environmental factors which can easily turn the best design into bad feng shui. We are also making an assumption on directions and this can be fraught with danger as assumptions can be wrong. Do we have a 360° view of the environment outside your house? When using the compass, every single degree makes a difference.

My stove is located at the 5 Yellow star sector, which is West in the kitchen. Should I remove the stove? If I move the stove to the East sector, which is the No 1 star, it ends up facing the toilet. What should I do? I have heard that the
moving water can control the five yellow.

In the West we have the 5 Yellow star for the entire year of 2006. Yes, your stove on the 5 Yellow is not good but it would be worse if you disturb it by moving it from West to East. The whole idea is to keep the 5 Yellow as quiet as possible. We certainly do not want to activate it by any out-of-the-ordinary activity. Technically, you are not wrong in that the 5 Yellow has the characteristics of Earth and hence can be weakened by Water. However, water is an activating and accumulating factor and I personally would not like to activate and accumulate the bad qi of 5 Yellow. There are other ways to control the 5 Yellow, which are less dangerous. This would involve hanging a metal wind chime (preferably 6 rods, as 6 is Qian Gua in the Ba Gua which is Metal) at the West area.
