Ideal Qualities of a Practitioner - The Sun Property Plus

A feng shui practitioner is like any other professional consultant. He or she must be ethical, responsible and professional.
If a feng shui practitioner provides a wrong interpretation, he or she must be prepared to rectify the situation. Once, there was a very famous feng shui master in the late 1920s from China, T'an Yang Wu, who specialised in the yin feng shui, or consultations on graveyard sites. One day, he realised the methodology used for the yin feng shui was wrong. He put an advertisement in the newspapers and said he would redo the feng shui reading at no charge. I would say he is a true professional and the step he took is one a good feng shui practitioner should emulate.
Errors in feng shui can come about from misinterpretation or gross negligence. One cannot ignore the different interpretations of feng shui from different masters. At the end of the day, it is the feng shui "that Works which counts.
Experience will guide the feng shui practitioner on when to apply certain theories. The practice of feng shui is an art.
A feng shui practitioner looks at the symptoms in a place and recommends certain changes to the client who has to take the responsibility to call the practitioner and give him the feedback of his diagnosis.
A good practitioner must be able to explain himself and answer the queries of clients. Logic is involved as feng shui is a science. Indeed, feng shui has to move away from the mysticism aspect and be treated as a professional service.
A good feng shui practitioner is a responsible professional who can perform up to expectations He must thus have a good track record and his reputation should be well-known by others, especially through word of mouth.
Ask him for his references in order to find out what "businesses" he has done before This will give you an idea on whether he is successful.
For those who cannot provide you with references, that feng shui practitioner may not have a happy clientele.
Also consider if he has good character. Looking for a good feng shui practitioner is like seeking any other service provider. You need to be comforta ble with the practitioner hired.
He should also be able to tell you the reasons for the changes that he has recommended.
